Symptoms

It is taking a long time to pull Clearance from Clearance maintenance screen when clearance has Skulist.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Consider a Clearance with item-list (skulist).
2. On RPM try to open this Clearance.
3. Notice the delay.
