SIM HH Shelf Adjustment Not Processing Correctly Items Woth Qty = 0 (Doc ID 2478327.1)

Symptoms

While using the shelf adjustment in the Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) on the hand held (HH) device, SIM is not allowing to cancel an item, after the scan and SIM HH is allowing '0' entries.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Select Inv. Management -> Shelf replenishment -> Shelf Adjustment -> Shoopflor Adjustment -> Create.
2. Enter an Item that with a zero Stock on Hand.
3. Enter the quantity.

Notice that if the quantity is higher than 0, an error message is displayed.
Notice also that the quantity 0 is allowed.
