Symptoms

The MetaSolv Solution application crashes with an Error Number 39 when entering Connection Design > Connection Summary > Notes or Connection Design > Additional Details > Admin tab > Remarks with an XML format that contains a CDATA tag (technically just a "]]>" character presence).
