Symptoms
Post-Save update of Event Assessment Source/Method are being lost during subsequent case routing.
Post-Save Function is configured to update the six Source and Method fields on the Event Assessment tab.
Table refresh configuration for post-save is configured for table CASE_EVENT_ASSESS.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create new function in Database containing the the following Case statement:
2. Created new Case
Event Assessment is prepopulated with values from the Function as Expected.
3. Database shows the values for the Case are populated
4. Click on [Forward Case] icon
The prepopulated values are deleted
The prepopulated values are also deleted from the database
