Symptoms

In RPM 16.0.1, according to the operation guide:
"The naming convention for the flat file will be (REGPC_<timestamp> _<location>_<loc_type>.dat), where <timestamp> is the current system time stamp, <location> is the location id and <loc_type> is the type of the location where 'S' is for Store and 'W' is for Warehouse."
The generated filename has timestamp defined in 24 hour format. But inside the file export timestamp at FHEAD level is generated with 12 hour format.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run REGULARPRICECHANGEPUBLISHBATCH.SH.
  2. Run REGULARPRICECHANGEPUBLISHEXPORT.SH.
  3. The generated file has timestamp in 24H format. e.g REGPC_20181031192321_1111_S.dat.
  4. The FHEAD record has export timestamp in 12H format. e.g FHEAD|1|REGPC|20181031072336|1111|S.
