Backup Files Are Not Created When Installing PDC Interim Patch With Response File In Silent Mode Installation. (Doc ID 2479129.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.0.10.0 version, Installer

PDC patch installation in silent mode is not generating the backup files.

Scenario :

1. Install PDC base version (11.1.0.10)
2. Install PDC interim patch(11.1.0.10.28098423) by providing response file (silent install).
3. The installer is creating below folder structure and there are no previous version backup files in those folders.
           $APP_HOME/opt/PreInterimPatch/interimpatch/rollback  

Note: When installing PDC interim patch, backup files are generated if one uses GUI installation.
