Symptoms

Crew Shift completed on MDT failed to complete on the MWM application.

The Remote message error was "Mobile Log Date/Time is missing."

Mobile Log Date/Time is missing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Completed the shift in MDT.
2. The shift did not complete in MWM.
