On : version, Distribution Planning NEW in Test

Users are on 12.1.3 and have applied VCP aka R12.SCP_PF.B.Delta.4 - Patch 22706126 - Using MSONWL64.ppc 120.3.12010000.484 which comes with patching so no one offs - They are running a DRP plan using Trip Consolidation.

DRP plan options - plan name = Refinish-A = All Planned Items - Fair Share Allocation Method = Safety Stock Ratio - Overwrite = All - DTF, PTF, APO, KPI, and Enforce Supp Cap Constraints enabled - Minimum Trip Utilization = 60% - Maximum Trip Utilization = 95% - 30 days/16 weeks - Trip Consolidation days = 30 - Daily Allocation Buckets = 15 - Weeks Per Aggregate Allocation Bucket = 1 - Inventory Rebalancing Surplus Days = 0 - Infinite Time Fence Horizon Days = 50 - many orgs attached - Supplier Schedule attached to Org AMU:W10 = AMU and this is an unconstrained ASCP plan. There are multiple trips on the same day all below the Minimum Trip Utilization = 60% and the plan always uses TL (Truck load) and never uses LTL (Less than Truck Load) for partial loads. Example data
export of trips from Org AMU:W10 to Org AMU:W03 - there are 3 trips on 19-JUL-2018 for Weight Utilization% 0.12%, 53.11% and 5.8%

From Org AMU:W10 (org id = 811) to Org AMU:W03 (inv item id = 810)

Trip Weight Util % Ship date
3162399 0.12% 19-JUL-2018 9:29
3162400 53.11% 19-JUL-2018 9:29
3162401 5.8% 19-JUL-2018 16:58

Together these total less than 60% on a given day. Seeing as they're using an Unconstrained ASCP plan as a supply schedule, which means it can schedule supplies only at the end of the day at the earliest by design, this shouldn't occur

reviewed ER Bug 14645744 - TRIP CONSOLIDATION NOT WORKING - this discussed that DRP does plan down to the minute level even though it's a day level planning in the plan options. This seemed to stem from the fact users were using a supply ASCP plan that was a Classic constrained plan and were planning at the minute level in this plan so DRP had to do trip consolidation at the minute level which made consolidation extremely difficult here. Customer in this case is using an unconstrained ASCP plan that plans at most at day level at the end of the day, end of the week and end of the period so that should not be the case here

Expected the above 3 trips to be consolidated into one trip

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run DRP plan with 30 days trip consolidation
2. Review DRP workbench Trips between W10 and W03
3. See multiple trips on same day
