Unable to Delete TN Associated to an Activity of Cancelled EWO

Symptoms
UIM 7.3.4
1.) Create EWO.
2.) Go to activity summary page associated with EWO.
3.) Associate TN to activity WS.
4.) Cancel EWO, it goes to Cancelled state, but activity remains in InProgress state.
5.) Go to TN search screen, search the TN and select it and click on delete button.

5.) Go to TN search screen, search the TN and select it and click on delete button.
Expected result : TN should be delete as EWO is in cancelled state.
Actual Result : Error message
"Telephone Number with id 'XXXXXXXXXX' and name 'XXXXXXXXXX' cannot be deleted as it has associations to activities under Business Interaction with ID 'YYYYYYY'."
