Symptoms

===Issue Clarification ===

On Argus Safety 8.0.1 :
User has reported that the case was created by a different user to the one which is shown in the audit logs and routed by a user who has not accessed the case before.

No Errors logged

-- Expected Behaviour
User expects that the audit trail should match the case activity

-- Environment
N/A

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. user creates a case
2. user then routes the case

In both these cases the audit trail has the incorrect person listed for doing this activity

-- Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Audit data is not matching the actual user activity
