Premiums Not Reversed After Change of Member Status (Doc ID 2480278.1)

Symptoms

Premiums raised on a policy based on a member's current status are not reversed when the status changes to one that should not calculate premiums.  A member was accidentally put in status ‘PREBEN’ on the 1st day of the contract period which caused the premium to be calculated for July.
When member status was changed to PREREG from 1st of July the example calculation does not show premium for July anymore. After running mutations and a re-calculation the premium is still there.

It turns out that the mutation has not been handled correctly by the premium calculation:
The only financial transactions available are the transactions generated at the 1st of October, there are no (reversal) transactions with the date of today (October 31st).

The expected behavior is that premiums raised on a policy based on a member's current status should be reversed when the status changes to one that should not calculate premiums.

Due to this issue, Incorrect premiums are calculated
