"ITEM_ALREADY_RESERVED Item number already reserved" Error Occurs During Item Creation For Reserved Item Using XItemCre (Doc ID 2480543.1)

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS), user get the error message below while creating an item for a reserved item using XitemCre message.

ITEM_ALREADY_RESERVED Item number already reserved for Item Induction.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Reserve an item by using the ItemManagementService webservice.
2. Check the item information in SVC_ITEM_RESERVATION.
3. Create an Item by using xitemcre message for the above reserved item, ITEM_NUMBER_TYPE='MANL'

Item fails with Item number already reserved for item induction.ITEM, ITEM: XXXXXXX returned by the CORESVC_ITEM.PROCESS_CHUNK program unit.
