OFSAA 806 Deployment Failing (Doc ID 2480645.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.6 version, Install and Upgrade Issues_OFSS

When attempting to access application after deploying in webserver located on cloud,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After upgrading OFSAAI to 806 and deploying it on webserver hosted on cloud, try accessing the application.
