Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.3.1.0.0, when running billing, an ERR_STREAM_EOF and signal 11 are observed.

This issue occurs when running billing against certain accounts. Upon checking log, BRM appears to return from fm_utils_trans_commit, but is stuck there.
