The 'Add' Button Is Visible on the P6 Web User Administration Screen but Does Not Open a Pop-Up Window When Clicked (Doc ID 2481134.1)

Symptoms

An Add button is available on the P6 Web User Administration screen, but nothing happens when it is clicked.

In addition, the following error is observed in the P6WebAccess.html log file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web as an admin-superuser.
  2. Navigate to Administration > User Administration.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. Observe the reported behavior.
