Trial Billing Amount Is Less Than The Pending Amount When Using The Same Cut Off Date (Doc ID 2481144.1)

Symptoms

On :  2.6.0.1.0 version, Trial billing amount is less than the pending amount when using the same cut off date.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
When billed on 06-15-2016 only the charges of BP1 were getting picked. BP2 was skipped.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------------
When billed on 06-15-2016 the charges of BP1 for the first 2 bill dates and charges of BP2 for the first bill date should get picked.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Create Person, Accounts 1 usage and 1 invoice, 2 Bill periods BP1 and BP2, contract, charges for BP1 and BP2 on invoice as well as usage, construct.
2) Generate bill and verify the charges are billed correctly or not.

Verify Trial and regular billing using:
-> C1-PNDBL, C1-BLGEN and C1-BLPPR.
-> BILLOPEN, BSGENREG and POSTPROC.

BP1:
01-01-2016 to 03-30-2016
04-01-2016 to 06-30-2016
07-01-2016 to 09-30-2016
10-01-2016 to 12-31-2016

BP2:
03-30-2016 to 03-30-2016
06-30-2016 to 06-30-2016
09-30-2016 to 09-30-2016
12-31-2016 to 12-31-2016

Charges should be from 01-01-2016 to 12-31-2016 and verify pass through as well as with pricing.

BUSINESS IMPACT
