After creating Hold Request, while searching for the same SEARCH page fails.

Finding the query attached to the Zone "C1-HLDSRCRQ", realized 'Query is trying to match account level division and access group with person level cis division and access group code.

In our environment every Person is global that is the reason the optional cis division field on person UI is kept blank. Is this enforcement an intended functionality in ORMB
