Folders Cannot Be Seen in Document Manager in Standard View (Doc ID 2481468.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Folders are not visible in Company Workspace > User mode > Document Manager > Company Documents when in Standard View.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to see Folders in Standard View.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to: Company Workspace > User mode > Document Manager > Company Documents.
  3. Switch to Classic View.
  4. The Document Manager folders are visible.
  5. Switch to Standard View.
  6. The user is not able to see the Document Manager folders.
