 Which configuration should be used in ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) to set the validity dates for tax configuration?
 The taxation on ECE is happening at the time of rating itself using the tax code and tax rate configured in the charging-settings.xml file (No Tax effective start and end date available). Which logic should be used in Post-Rating Extension Hook to remove the TaxRatingPeriod which are added at the Rating Time?
