RPAS Fusion Client: Cannot Logon / Appears to be Trying to Log on Twice in the Same Connection (Doc ID 2481931.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 06, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server - Version 15.0.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Customer had installed the Fusion Client, but was unable to logon. When trying to logon, it 'acted' as if it was trying to logon twice and would show the pop-up that states a connection already exists, asking them if they wanted to Terminate or Run Concurrent.

RPAS Fusion Client log files showed the following entries associated with the logon attempt:

2018-11-26 13:37:25,052 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '7' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO - LOGIN_LOGOUT (ConnectionFactoryImpl) - Login Start for user 11/26/2018 01:37:25- USER59696 - solution AIP
