On Unifier : Version 18.8

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Internationalization does not work in Print Preview 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Internationalization should work in Print Preview

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Open a Business Process (BP) record, check the workflow process, it displays with international translation correctly
  3. Click on 'File > Print Preview > PDF' and find that the international translation is not returned


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the translation in Print PDF file.
