Symptoms

A term is coded in TMS, but still stuck and appears in TMS- Omission Management - Classify VT Omissions screen.
This term does not appear in TMS- Omission Management - Approve VTAs screen and the VTA is not yet approved.
It shows in Repository as valid assignment.

How to get this term back to Approve VTA screen to process the term?
