Audit Rule Task Displays the Error "The Date Must Be On Or After ..." Twice (Doc ID 2482253.1)

The error on the Audit Task is displayed twice when you enter the same End Date as the Start Date.

"The date must be on or after ..."

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Foundation Data->Create Audit Rule
2. Fill in the required fields such as Rule and Description.
3. Enter the Start Date.
4. On the End Date use the same start date.
5. Notice the duplicate error messages 'The date must be on or after ...'
