Excel Upload Fails with 'ORA-14300: partitioning key maps to a partition outside maximum permitted number of partitions' (Doc ID 2482362.1)

Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0.x, when attempting to load data into a table using the Excel Upload, the load fails and the following errors are output to the Excel Upload log from /<ftpshare>/STAGE/ExcelUpload/logs:

As a result of these errors, no rows are loaded into the target table.
