Symptoms

Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM) application is not available and WAM User received errors when attempted to login WAM v2.2.0.2 Application

Note: This issue ONLY occurred in WAM "upgraded" environment (the Upgraded Custom WAM_DB)
