Error: "Error Executing Request, Unknown Content Type Null" When Trying To View Files in AutoVue From Documentum (Doc ID 2483520.1)

On AutoVue 21.0.1  and VueLink 19.3.1 for Documentum with WebTop 6.8.1. After applying patch 25 on WebTop 6.8.1.

When trying to open and view any file in AutoVue from WebTop 6.8.1 the following error occurs on the AutoVue Applet:


" Error executing request, unknown content type null"

The AutoVue Log throws the following error:

<log4j:message><![CDATA[Unexpected DMS Exception while opening file]]></log4j:message>
<log4j:throwable><![CDATA[com.cimmetry.core.DMSRemoteException: Error executing request, unknown content type null

The VueLink Log throws the following error:

1544549984902 doPost() - Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/httpclient/Credentials


Applied patch 25 on top of WebTop 6.8.1
