Workaround for Bug 27897642 'Errors displayed on import of EMA R3 files due to discrepancy in allowed values' (Doc ID 2483767.1)

Goal

Some of the allowed values for the following DTD elements are missing in the EMA E2B (R3), eVAERS and ICH R3 message profiles:

DUPLICATER3 (C.1.9.1 )
SERIOUSNESSDEATH (E.i.3.2a)
SERIOUSNESSLIFETHREATENING (E.i.3.2b)
SERIOUSNESSHOSPITALIZATION (E.i.3.2c)
SERIOUSNESSDISABLING (E.i.3.2d)
SERIOUSNESSCONGENITALANOMALI (E.i.3.2e)
SERIOUSNESSOTHER (E.i.3.2f)
DRUGSTARTPERIODUNIT (G.k.9.i.3.1b)
DRUGLASTPERIODUNIT (G.k.9.i.3.2b)

This is logged as Bug 27897642 - Errors displayed on import of EMA R3 files due to discrepancy in allowed values which is fixed in Argus 8.2.
