Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

In the "Select Resource Code" window, enter, then clear the keyword from the Search field, some available Codes displayed in the list are incorrectly prefixed with the name of their Parent Code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

All available Codes are always displayed correctly in the "Select Resource Code" window.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Log on P6 Web, Resources, Administration, Resources, Codes tab, Press "Assign" button.
2. In the popup "Select Resource Code" window, many available Code records are displayed. It is observed that no prefix is added to each available Code. For example, Code "India - India" is displayed under "Country".
3. Enter "India" to the Search field, then the Codes with string "India" contained are returned as expected.
4. Now clear the Search field. Expand the "Country" node and observe the original Code "India - India" becomes "Country - India - India" (i.e. it is incorrectly prefixed with "Country -" now). This happens to some of the available Codes, not all.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct Code name from the Available Codes table in the "Select Resource Code" window.
