FTP Rate Card Batch Ongoing Forever and Showing ORA-00904: "REQUEST_ID": invalid identifier Errors (Doc ID 2484142.1)

Created a batch for rate card, task 1 successful, but on task 2, the status is ongoing forever. The first task ends successful, but with error in the log:

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "REQUEST_ID": invalid identifier

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a batch with three tasks as per Chapter 31 FTP Rate Card of the FTP User Guide
2. Run the batch
3. Check Rate Card report
