Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When running 9.3.6.8 (RUP8) Upgrade Schema script, the following error occurs on oracle_9368.log.

ERROR
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06512: at line 5

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply RUP 8 Upgrade_Schema script
2. Review the oracle_9368.log
