Symptoms

The Paymentech simulator is using a pseudo-randomization that is very predictable.

For example:
Restart answer_s and answer_b.
Send a CIT/MIT request to answer_s then one to answer_b.
Both will return the same transaction ID.

This is because both were seeded for randomization with the same value at startup. Even worse, they were seeded with a static value, i.e. nothing based on current time - or perhaps even better current process ID?
