Contract Gets Created Even After the Account Closure

On RMB v184.108.40.206.0, Contract is created even after the Account Closure. Closing Date on Account is way past (31st October 2018) - application still allows to create new contracts for the closed account starting from 5th November 2018. We are also able to create new Billable charges and also can create bill on this closed account for November month.
