Global Searches Fails to Expand in the Web Client, the Cursor Spins Indefinitely and Never Expands the Folder to Show the List of Searches (Doc ID 2484637.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Agile is unable to expand the Global Searches in the Web Client whereas in the Java Client works as expected.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Web Client
2. Goto Global Search folder and click on it.  The cursor spins indefinitely and never expands the list.
