On The Form MRPFFDIF.fmx Event "WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD" Is Not Firing (Doc ID 2484776.1)

Symptoms

On the form MRPFFDIF.fmx event "WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD" it's not firing

There is different behavior on a personalization on the form MRPFFDIF.fmx (Enter Forecast Items/Enter Forecast Entries).
Unlike in previous versions, the event "WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD" is triggered.  In the new version, it is not firing.
So, the existing form personalization does not function more, as it is causing some trouble.

Changes

 EBS upgrade from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3.
