ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Address information on the bill routing for Person on Bill is insufficient.

We upgraded our ORMB from V2.5.0.1.0 to V2.7.0.0. All TFM batches worked fine but when trying to run billing we saw all bills were in pending status. When checking CI_BILL_EXCP table we found error saying "Address information on the bill routing for Person 4080376424 on Bill 540954680046 is insufficient.". Upon investigating, found that V2.6 had Address tables added and required a batch to migrate data.  Just for the sake of it I created batch and executed but nothing was populated. Is there something we can do if we are pushing out ORMB bills to external system?
