Used-Service-Unit Sent In Request Is Not Getting Summed To ConsumedReservation In ReservedBalance (Doc ID 2485108.1)

Used-Service-Unit sent in request is not getting summed to consumedReservation in reservedBalance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. SLR
2. CCR-I
3. CCR-U with 10 MB as RSU
4. CCR-U with 10 MB as RSU and 10 MB as USU
5. CCR-U with 10 MB as RSU and 150 MB as USU

That is, in above step, passed 150 MB as USU in the 3rd update request, as shown below.

    Used-Service-Unit (446,M,l=24) =
      CC-Total-Octets (421,M,l=16) = 157286400

But in balanceReservations --> consumedReservation is not updated for same and still showing 20 MB. See below Balance snippet:

Expected that consumedReservation should show SUM of USU value from all update requests, but it is shown wrongly.
