No Cases Are Appearing When Selecting 'All Dates' Under The Date Range For Case Actions - Open (Doc ID 2485554.1)

On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 7.0.3

When selecting Case Actions - Open Screen and selecting a date range of 'All Dates' - no cases are listed.

However if click on other options for date ranges then cases are displayed as expected.



 The issue can be reproduced with the following steps.

 1. Case Actions
 2. Open Case
 3. Query for cases using 'All Dates' option
 4. In some instances no cases are returned.
