Some Fields Are Not Auto-Populating in the Unifier Mobile App (Doc ID 2485585.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some Data Element fields that are designed to be auto-populated from a Data Picker are not auto-populating in the mobile application, only in the web application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After the creation of the record, all the fields should auto-populate.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier Mobile.
  2. Tap to the impacted Project/Shell workspace.
  3. Tap on Plus sign (+) to create a new record.
  4. The form opens.
  5. Observe the reported behavior.
