 In CCB 2.6.0.1.0, element values in date format YYYY-M-D are not working when invoking the IWS services.  The same formatting works in CCB 2.4.0.2.  In CCB 2.6.0.1, providing a date element with a value in the format of YYYY-M-D (e.g. 2018-1-2) yields the following exception
