Receiving 'DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-119' on Policy Values Inquiry Screen After Upgrade to v10.2.0.33 (Doc ID 2486036.1)

On : version, Client

Following an upgrade from v10.2.0.20 -> v10.2.0.33, the Policy Values Inquiry Screen triggers the following message:

SqlSyntaxErrorException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-119, SQLSTATE=428-3, SQlERRMC=ACTIVITYGMT, DRIVER=3.72.44

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Navigate to the Policy Values Inquiry Screen
3. Attempt to perform a search
