Related Object In Communication Log Tab Is Not Shown

Related Object in Communication Log Tab is not shown
When the Outbound Communication is created, log entries are being created and these can be viewed in the Communication Portal's Log tab.
If the outbound communication is in Awaiting Response status, the Log tab does not show the values on the Related Object column, even if the database records are correct. However, after transitioning the outbound communication to a final status (e.g. Discarded or Complete), the values on the Related Object column of log tab is now being shown.
Same issue exists for inbound communication as well.
