MATH Node Truncation Rounding Is Incorrect for Negative Numbers (Doc ID 2487272.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) version 6.0.1 the MATH node allow simple mathematics operation inside of a control plan.

When MATH node truncates negative numbers the result is wrong.

For example the number -45.67 will be truncated to -46, instead of -45.
