Hide/show Buttons Issue In Billing Care (Doc ID 2487410.1)

Symptoms

While using the Billing Care "Bills" tab, hide/show buttons are not working as expected

Scenario:
1. Moving to the different bill from Switch Bill
2. Then show button changes to hide button
3. Hide button remain hide but show nothing

Expected Behavior: 
Moving to different bills, link show/hide behaves as:
  Move to different bill from Switch Bill
  then all info is shown and link remains as hide
  then one should be able to change to hide from show and all info is hidden
