Regarding Argus MedDRA Version to Re-code.

After the loading of a new MedDRA dictionary into the database, the updates to recode are made to cases and to the audit log.

It has been noted, that the recoding is reflected with a revision number, date and user (System), however no Old Value/New Value is supplied in Audit.
