Symptoms
The Managed Server log is filled with numerous JMSExceptions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- From an nms-admin xterm on the NMS server:
Action any.pub* ejb debug HLM_TRACE=1 - Launch a "Web Workspace with Web Switching" client and login
- From an nms-admin xterm on the NMS server, send the client a message: Action -java [user name].* display_message "Hello world"
- Check the managed server's .out file.
There will be 6 or 7 lines for the message. - Unplug the network cable from your desktop.
- Kill the Web workspace client (via the Task Manager)
- Plug your network cable back in.
- From an nms-admin xterm on the NMS server, send the client a message: Action -java nms4.* display_message "Hello world"
- Check the managed server out file.
There will be a group of lines for the message. - From an nms-admin xterm on the NMS server, send the client a message: Action -java nms4.* display_message "Hello world"
- Check the managed server out file.
There will be the JMSException - From an nms-admin xterm on the NMS server, send the client a message: Action -java nms4.* display_message "Hello world"
- Check the managed server out file.
There will be another JMSException.
