On : 6.2.1 and 6.3.0, MSS XML API   | PSR Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Circuit Usage Pricing details are not getting captured in the Response structure of getOrderByValue/getOrderByKey   XML APIs  This is happening in MSS version 6.2.1 and MSS 6.3.0 .

 

STEPS FOR REPLICATION 

-------------------------------

1-Make an Order with Circuit product.
2-Attach an OPTION type to the Circuit product as child .
3-Add the predefined Pricing to the CHILD .
4-Get the Order using the below URL :
 
http://MSSAPPSERVERIP:PORTADDRESS/API/com/metasolv/api/workflow/order/GetPSROrderSync.jpd.
 


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Cost will be manual labor to enter the missing info. We are trying to automate the order fill .
