In UIM,No Option For TN Block Search In Pop Up of EWO Activity Workspace Section. (Doc ID 2488862.1)

Request to provide TN Block Search option in pop up in EWO activity workspace section.

Create EWO -> Open Activity Summary page -> Activity Workspace -> Click Actions -> Associate -> Telephone Number -> Search TN Blocks button not visible.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create EWO
2. Open Activity Summary page
3. Activity Workspace
4. Click Actions
5. Associate
6. Telephone Number -> Search TN Blocks button not visible

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search TN Block in EWO.
