Add File by Search from Web Client Not Working for Some Item Attachments (Doc ID 2488917.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Attachment is not displayed for some items when attempting to add file by Add > Search in Web Client


Expected Behavior

Attachment can be displayed when attempting to add file by Add > Search in Web Client


What is Working

- When using Java Client, it works
- If quick search for advanced search is performed for the same item, attachment will be displayed even from Web Client         


Steps

1. Login to Web Client, and create a part
2. Goto Attachment tab, and Add > Search, and type in item number
3. The item gets searched, however its attachment is never loaded
