When Attempting to View the Attachment from Button under Thumbnail, Gets 'Please Wait for Autovue to Load' Screen (Doc ID 2488949.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

When attempting to view the attachment from button under Thumbnail, gets 'Please wait for AutoVue to load' screen. This kind of message is not displayed when viewing the attachment from Attachment tab


Expected Behavior

When attempting to view the attachment from button under Thumbnail, 'Please wait for AutoVue to load' screen not to show up


Steps

1. Enable thumbnail
2. Create item, and add attachment that is supported for thumbnail generation
3. See the thumbnail is displayed in Title Block tab.
4. Click the button under Thumbnail
5. You see window 'Please wait for AutoVue to load' loaded.
