Message "Do You Want to Run This Application?" Pops up Every Time Running Autovue for Agile PLM (Doc ID 2488952.1)

Symptoms

Actual behavior

Below message pops up every time accessing to AutoVue for Agile PLM.

Message:
Do you want to run this application?
Name: Oracle AutoVue
Publisher: Oracle America, Inc.
Locations: http://{filemanager}.{domain_name}:port
Launched from downloaded JNLP file

And even after clicking on "Do not show this again for this app from the publisher above", it shows again on the next access

Expected Behavior

Message: "Do you want to run this application?" not to show up every time accessing to AutoVue for Agile PLM

Steps

  1. Delete java cache
  2. Login to Web Client, and add an attachment to an item
  3. View attachment
  4. Gets message:
    Do you want to run this application?
    Name: Oracle AutoVue
    Publisher: Oracle America, Inc.
    Locations: http://{filemanager}.{domain_name}:port
    Launched from downloaded JNLP file

    This application will run with unrestricted access which may put your
    computer and personal information at risk. Run this application if you trust
    the location and publisher above.

    Do not show this again for this app from the publisher above
  5. Check on "Do not show this again for this app from the publisher above", and Run
  6. AutoVue launches and file can be viewed
  7. Close AutoVue window
  8. View attachment again
  9. See the same window displayed in step 4 shows up again. Option "Do not show this again for this app from the publisher above" is not working
